    — Managing Director

    ‘Thinking three strategic steps ahead’ Nikhil broke into brand management fairly early in his career working on international brands like DeBeers, Alpine Car Audio, East West Airlines, TATA and Intel.

    In 2003 he won exclusive media representation for three of Asia’s largest TV channels Star TV, Zee TV and Asianet.

    Between 2005 and 2012, Nikhil spent 7 years with advertising conglomerate Dentsu as Director, Client Services managing a portfolio of global brands like Bridgestone, Honda, Toyota, Nikon, Canon, Sharp, Panasonic and Toshiba.

    Recently CMO for Australia’s leading cloud services platform UberGlobal, he positioned the business for growth and a successful M&A.

    Founding Alphamark in 2015, Nikhil has been the principal consultant on the Seeing Machines business and the launch of their B2B safety telematics solution, Guardian as well as their automotive intelligent sensing technology FOVIO.

  • Ellis D’Rozario

    — Chief Strategic Officer

    ‘Ellis has extensive ‘blue-chip’ experience gained at C-Suite level with multi-nationals operating in APAC and global markets. His high-energy style, exceptional communications skill propelled a 23-year career with FMCG giant Mars Incorporated.

    He established himself as a market entry specialist for their confectionery, pet food businesses and other brands on several continents. Between 2005 and 2016 Ellis successfully executed M&A’s across the Middle East in the Pay TV and Online Entertainment industry.

    More recently in Australia, Ellis has been consulting with a number of clients of worthy note – Orora, Coles and Patties Foods.

    As part of the Alphamark team, Ellis plays the role of advisor and thought provocateur to CEO’s and Boards in developing strategies that drive change and enhance business outcomes.

  • Michelle Ferreira

    — Partner

    Large canvas experience with major global brands like Emirates Airlines, DeBeers, dnata and Westfield has been helped power Michelle’s creative energy and brand communication excellence.

    In 2005 she led IMC campaigns for major jewellery brands like DeBeers, World Gold Council, Roberto Coin, Pascale Bruni and Mikimoto with Damas Jewellery.

    Emirates Airlines brought her on-board to support global launch operations for over 15 Emirates Group brands including the rebrand and launch of dnata after 52 years, Congress Solutions International as well as the Emirates Hotels and Resorts luxury brands Al Maha Desert Resort and Wolgan Valley in NSW.

    In 2012, Michelle joined the Canberra Airport at a turning point in Canberra’s history with the launch of the new international terminal. At Westfield she built enduring key strategic relationships with several partner brands and successful retailer engagement across 240 retailers, growing asset turnover and centre footfall.

    Most recently Michelle was involved with the corporate re-brand for technology brand Seeing Machines and its Investor Relations communication strategy.
